# How were the Pioneer leaders selected?

The DRep Pioneer workshop leaders were selected through a meticulous weighted scoring method, ensuring the formation of a diverse and inclusive team that reflects a broad spectrum of regions globally. This diverse composition includes representation from Africa, Asia, Australia, Latin America, Europe, and the USA, fostering a rich tapestry of perspectives.
